A summer with the Sedona Swordfish is about more than laps and race times. It’s where swimmers build confidence, friendships, and the habits that turn effort into progress. Coach Jody’s approach blends proven training with a team culture built on the Six C’s—values that help swimmers grow stronger in and out of the water.
At the heart of Sedona summer is the Sedona Swordfish Swim Team—a local tradition that has brought kids together in the water for generations. Our program blends science-based swim training with a positive team culture built on connection, curiosity, and a love of the sport. Swimmers develop strong fundamentals, lasting friendships, and the quiet confidence that comes from showing up, working hard, and cheering for the lane next to them.
